Why Yoga?

We love that peeps are addicted to our HIIT classes!  But like anything else in life, it benefits from balance. HIIT workouts are most effective and sustainable when you balance out the intense sweat-fests with a low-impact, stretchy (is that a word?) based practice like yoga, pilates or even barre. Being the problem solvers we are, we decided to bring it in house.  And for less than other studios charge to drop-in. We’ve even got mats so just bring yourself. How much easier can we make it for you?!

Class Attendance

First time students are asked to show up to their first class 10 min prior to start of class.  All first time students must fill out a liability waiver prior to participating in classes at HIIT Lab.

There is a 10 min grace period to participate in HIIT classes [5 mins for Yoga], but your spot may be given to someone on the Wait List if you are more than 5 mins late. As a courtesy to the class in session, no new participants will be allowed to enter 10 mins after HIIT class begins [5 mins for Yoga].  Please see Class Cancellation Policy below or ask the Front Desk if you have questions.

Wait List

If you get into class from the wait list, you will receive an e-mail notification.  You can also elect to receive a text, just speak with the front desk to set this up.

If you are on the wait list, we strongly encourage you to come to the studio anyway. People almost always late cancel and openings then become available!

Cancellation policy

We have a 4-hour cancellation policy for all classes.

Early Cancel: An Early Cancel is any cancellation online via ZenPlanner that occurs more than 4 hours prior to class. There is no charge for an Early Cancel.

Late Cancel: A Late Cancel is any cancellation by email to: which occurs less than 4 hours prior to class start. If you know you won’t make it to class, you will not be able to Late Cancel via ZenPlanner so you MUST send a message via email BEFORE class begins. Late cancels are not charged a fee.

No Show: A No Show occurs if you do not notify us of a late cancel AND do not show up for your scheduled class within 10 minutes of the class start time.  If you No Show, you will be charged $10.
