Weekday and weekend class schedule
First time students are asked to show up to their first class 10 min prior to start of class. All first time students must fill out a liability waiver prior to participating in classes at HIIT Lab.
There is a 5 min grace period to participate in class, but your spot may be given to someone on the Wait List if you are late. As a courtesy to the class in session, no new participants will be allowed to enter 5 mins after class begins. Please see Class Cancellation Policy below or ask the Front Desk if you have questions.
If you get into class from the wait list, you will receive an e-mail notification. You can also elect to receive a text, just speak with the front desk to set this up.
If you are on the wait list, we strongly encourage you to come to the studio anyway. People almost always late cancel and openings then become available!

We have a 4-hour cancellation policy for all classes.
Early Cancel: An Early Cancel is any cancellation online via ZenPlanner that occurs more than 4 hours prior to class. There is no charge for an Early Cancel.
Late Cancel: A Late Cancel is any cancellation which occurs less than 4 hours prior to class start. If you know you won’t make it to class, you will not be able to Late Cancel via ZenPlanner so you can either call (206.935.2034) or email BEFORE class begins. Late cancels are charged a $5 fee.
No Show: A No Show occurs if you do not notify us of a late cancel AND do not show up for your scheduled class within 5 minutes of the class start time. If you No Show, you will be charged $10.
