All Class Packs are non-transferable and non-refundable but they NEVER expire. The other places usually give you a year, but we figure you bought ’em, you got ’em. Yep, seriously, we’re that cool.

There is a 7-day minimum for all holds. For holds longer than 4 weeks, there is a $10/month fee to keep your current monthly rate.

Auto-Renew memberships are all month-to-month. We get it, nothing lasts forever so if you need to move on, no hard feelings. Just send us a quick e-mail (info@hiitlab.com) a minimum of 5 days before your next billing date. Easy peasy, no greasy hidden policies.
